CATHY~MOM OF DAVID GIRAUD IN MY HEART ALWAYS~ June 14, 2009

BLESSINGS~

"BLESSINGS CAN BE A LOVING SMILE,

OR EVEN A SOFT TENDER TOUCH,

A KIND WORD SOFTLY SPOKEN.

THESE BLESSINGS MEAN SO MUCH!

BLESSINGS ARE A SPECIAL FRIEND,

BEING THERE IN TIME OF NEED,

LENDING A HAND AND ENCOURAGEMENT,

BY DOING A LOVING DEED!

BLESSINGS ARE WHEN SOMONE CARES,

WHEN OUR LIVES SEEM TO BE ADRIFT.

BLESSINGS ARE HEARING A PRAYER,

THAT GIVES OUR LIVES A LIFT.

BLESSINGS ARE KNOWING OUR GOD IS NEAR,

OUR EVERY PRAYER HE WILL HEAR!

GIVING US COMFORT, INSTEAD OF FEAR,

TRUSTING HIM WITH ALL WE HOLD DEAR"

Waylon's mom our guardian angels June 5, 2009

Listen closely to the winds,

and hear the gentle whisper

of an angel's wings in flight...

Look far into the sky

and see the shimmering

stardust left behind.

Close your eyes &

clear your thoughts

and feel the love of your

very own very real

Guardian Angel.

 God Said...

I thought my dreams were impossible,
but God said, "All things are possible."
(Luke 18:27)

I was lost and confused. I thought I'd never find
a solution, but God said, "I will direct your steps."
(Proverbs 3:5)

I almost gave up. I thought I couldn't do it,
but God said, "You can do all things."
(Philippians 4:13)

I almost quit. I thought my efforts weren't worth
the trouble, but God said, "It will be worth it."
(Romans 8:28)

I thought I'd never make it. I thought I didn't have what it takes, but God said, "I'll supply all your needs."
(Philippians 4:19)

I was worried. I felt trapped beneath a mountain
of despair, but God said, "Cast your worries on me."
(I Peter 5:7)

I thought I couldn't do it, because I wasn't smart enough, but God said,
"I give you wisdom."
(Corinthians 1:30)

I suffered from guilt. I was angry at myself for what
I'd done, but God said, "I forgive you."
(I John 1:9)

I disliked myself. I thought that no one loved me,
but God said, "I love you."
(John 3:16)

I wept, because I was lonely, but God said,
"I will never leave you or forsake you."
(Hebrews 13:5

When Angels sense you need them,

and angels always do.

They come, unseen, from everywhere

to help and comfort you.

They hover close beside you

til all your cares are gone.

Then fly away to other hearts,

so you can carry on...

But one, at least, stays with you

as your constant friend and guide

For angels never leave~

they're always at your side!

"When it seems that our sorrow is too great
to be borne, let us think of the great family
of the heavy-hearted into which our grief
has given us entrance, and inevitably, we
will feel about us their arms, their
sympathy, their understanding."

Aunt Kathy Footprints May 26, 2009

Hey, Nicky

Well, Memorial Day Weekend has officially kicked off the summer season as we thank God and our soldiers for the freedom we enjoy. God Bless America.

Many headed to the Jersey shore this past weekend looking for sunshine and relaxation. A beach lover myself, Nicky, I thought of you and how you enjoyed the beach too. There is something so soothing about the beach. It is nature in all of its glory, with the sounds of the waves and seagulls, the smell of the salt air, the beauty of the sun glistening on the water, and ahh, the feel of the sand in your toes.

I thought of you Nicky, as I will on many of my beach experiences. I will remember you as I walk  the shoreline enjoying this wonder of nature. As I see the footprints in the sand I will pray for your family and know that Our Lord is carrying them during this difficult time. I hope that a time will come when they are able to enjoy the experience of the beach again, feeling your energy and presence and remembering those special summertime memories.

Love,

Aunt Kathy
